Scam Avoid

It s a scam and they re misrepresenting who they are This is the SAME company as TweetEraser but they pretend to be separate companies They don t send any order confirmation transaction receipt via email or Twitter or present clear terms of service The services doesn t do what s advertised When you follow the instructions to carry out a task the option either does exist the menu button literally isn t there or it doesn t work

Terrible customer service and not user friendly

I ve found using Tweetdelete completely frustrating I ve asked for help from them repeatedly without ever receiving clear instructions I ve ended up just deleting posts one by one by myself I would not recommend this company Terrible customer service and not user friendly

Save your money Do not use

I purchased the pro package Created a task to delete 500 tweets a month First month it deleted 367 Tweets but after that nothing happened 3 Months went by and nothing works I reached out to their customer service and the response was to try again The website says Guaranteed results or it s free I requested for a refund They said it s non refundable I wrote them explaining the situation no response

Scam

Scam - I paid for a subsciption to be able to batch-delete posts on X Twitter The site never showed any of my posts so I could never delete any of my posts Their product simply doesn t work at all The so-called customer service gives unclear answers or copy-paste standard texts clearly trying to make the customer give up

They couldn t delete my tweets

They couldn t delete my tweets not with a premium paid account So you have to pay upfront they dont do what they promiss to do I wanted my money back and said that I would contact the cc company Then they said they would refund me which they did not So after another months wait I did contact my creditcard company told tweet delete I would do so and all of a sudden they said they would reimburse

Cannot delete replies anymore

Used to be good but nolonger deletes replies Very dangerous We wanted to let you know that due to recent security changes with X we are no longer able to delete replies through the standard deletion process

Avoid - unfit for purpose

This site is entirely non-functional I have over 2 000 tweets and likes which i wanted to delete to refresh my presence on x twitter This site could only find and delete 187 of them From my experience it is entirely unfit for purpose and represents a serious misrepresentation in terms of UK trade law As such it should be shut down I am going to try to progress my attempt to prevent any further payments being made to what looks ultimately to be a scam site

This service is a scam

This service is a scam I paid for a full year but not a single tweet was removed Helpdesk just ignores my request No refund either

The service does not work

The service does not work it has not deleted a single tweet and support have ignored my request for help entirely other than sending an email saying they ll get back to me It appears to be a scam

Paid for premium service does delete tweets properly

I signed up for a premium account highest tier I started a task to delete all tweets older than six months This should have deleted 800 tweets Only 74 of my tweets were found and deleted when the task was completed This service does not work as advertised
