Absolutely Awful Will Take Your Money

Absolutely awful Bought an unlimited package because they claimed to erase all tweets Function was broken Reached out to their customer service 3 times for help Did everything they asked and more Finally gave up and asked for a refund Was told that a service was provided so they would not refund One of the worst customer service experiences DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Scam site The service has not worked in a long time Customer service emails end only in them telling you have to wait for them to fix the X API access problem and they do not refund or respond further when you call the out on this or ask why they are even still accepting credit card payments for a long broken service DO NOT USE THIS SITE I had to cancel my credit card because of these scammers Do not grant them access to your Twitter X account Revoke the app permissions in your X privacy and security dashboard if you have

Zero stars It does NOT work as advertised support is dreadful borderline insulting You can only delete 3 dozen tweets out of the 3000 as advertised The free service allows 100 tweets to be deleted per month I paid 40 and got a worse service DO NOT SUBSCRIBE If you do then you re a fool Also they now insist on having your Twitter password this feels unsafe

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

Absolute pits Paid an annual fee up front to delete over 3000 tweets per month and after only a few months it stopped working for over a month But it gets worse When it came back I found my account had been changed to only 500 tweets monthly When I questioned this they said they had revamped the company and I d have to suck it up I ve now made a claim to my credit card company for a full refund for breaking contract and taken my business else where so they ve also lost repeat business And don t be fooled by TweetEraser as it s same company

They are scammers

They are scammers Not able to delete the tweet even after to pay the premium account And they tell me that I used the app to delete few tweets out of thousands because their app doesn t work properly so they will not refund me Stay away They can t delete all your tweets even if they they can do it to make you pay

This is a scam company

This is a scam company as reported by other users After taking my money lifetime subscription they withdrew their service and refused to refund The excuse they used for not refunding was that their scam affected all their customers To be honest the service never worked anyway so it wasn t actually a loss in respect of the service they provided Avoid

SCAM You re better off deleting your Twitter account

Scam Attempted multiple times to delete tweets and a small number less than 1k out of 40k were deleted Site wouldn t take Twitter archive file in order to have all delete despite multiple attempts across browsers and devices Gave up Attempted to contact customer service for refund and was informed since I used the service that they wouldn t refund me So they promise you everything and deliver essentially nothing A scam if I ever encountered one

It s a scam and they re misrepresenting who they are This is the SAME company as TweetEraser but they pretend to be separate companies They don t send any order confirmation transaction receipt via email or Twitter or present clear terms of service The services doesn t do what s advertised When you follow the instructions to carry out a task the option either does exist the menu button literally isn t there or it doesn t work

Terrible customer service and not user friendly

I ve found using Tweetdelete completely frustrating I ve asked for help from them repeatedly without ever receiving clear instructions I ve ended up just deleting posts one by one by myself I would not recommend this company Terrible customer service and not user friendly
