Dear customer service team

Dear customer service team I had previously tried Twoo s premium services and had not found it suitable to my interests or expectations I had created 2 accounts using following e-mail ID Since it was not useful to me I decided to quit and didn t opt for the auto renewal option and switched off switched off the premium services I have even deleted my account on 17 11 2020 Despite doing so I have been charged 29 99 Euros - from my account on 18 11 2020 The money is being charged from both accounts withou even my permission I never authorized this transaction and same has been done without my consent I am shocked to see this transaction how can my card get used without my authorization Since I never wished to continue the services request to to kindly cancel the charges levied and process the refund for it immediately Further I will be thankful if you can delete my account from your site to avoid any mishap in the future I really want this to stop Awaiting your immediate action- please refund the transaction

Toxic Do not subscribe this service it is pure spam creates fake profiles and sends fake requests to people from your contact list without your permission I cannot wait for the day someone manages to do something about this This nasty scam must be stopped

I applied for a couple of jobs on-line forgot which ones then all of the sudden I started receiving messages from TWOO It even setup pass words for me how Why Who authorised them I tried to unsubscribe but it led me back to their unwanted dating web site again OMG what to do who can I report this to I m normally very cautious about spams

Customer Service useless - IT even worse

Tried for over 3 weeks to get profile photo verified sent 4 photos sent messages for 3 weeks no reply eventually a bug happened An IT department that does not see 2 bugs for 3 weeks - does it protect your information I have left the site

twoo are very money oriented and there site has its flaws Not only do you have to pay to subscribe you have to pay extra if you want to filter who can contact you witch is totally wrong it should be included as part of your subscription im getting sick of women outside of my age and country looking at my profile adding me to faves etc As others have mentioned there is this new rejection system witch you will get used to getting in no time i also know of a friend who got scammed but recovered his money through a hacker in case you need him his gmail his matthewrice340 it seems theres too many window shoppers or shallow girls i consider myself to be good looking and a good guy but spend more time talking to myself This is the last time im going to use the site im moving on to other dating sites

Spam they create accounts for you under your email address No way to easily delete them either without giving them some data Beware and mark their emails as Spam - maybe Gmail and other providers will start to block them

This site twoo has so many spams Everyone i talked was not real They have the same line dear itune card lost their parents in car accident using hangout using other people pics etc On top it blocks you for no valid reason just for obliging you to subscribe to a hugher paying level stat away
