As someone who recently enrolled in the CEMAP certification program offered by Uacademy I must say that my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating The lack of mock exams for certain units along with poor customer service and outdated study materials has left me feeling like I wasted my money on this course One of the major issues I encountered with Uacademy is the absence of mock exams for Unit 5 and 6 in CEMAP 2 as well as no mock exams at all for CEMAP 3 Mock exams are crucial in preparing for any professional certification exam as they allow students to practice their knowledge identify areas of improvement and gain confidence in their exam-taking abilities However the absence of mock exams for these specific units is a significant drawback of the course as it leaves students ill-prepared and uncertain about their readiness for the actual exam It feels like a wasted opportunity to practice and gauge one s performance before the real exam Furthermore attempting to contact Uacademy for support has been a frustrating and futile experience The institution has been unresponsive and has ignored my inquiries for about a month only to come up with excuses when they do respond As a paying customer I expect timely and efficient customer service especially when I have questions or need assistance with the course materials The lack of prompt response and genuine assistance from Uacademy has left me feeling ignored and unsupported adding to the overall negative experience of the course Another significant issue I have encountered with Uacademy is the quality and relevance of the study materials provided The lack of updated question and answer materials has led to confusion and frustration as there are numerous incorrect answers in the study materials This not only creates confusion but also undermines the credibility and reliability of the course As a student striving for accuracy and up-to-date information in my exam preparation encountering incorrect answers is highly frustrating and detrimental to my learning experience It is unacceptable for an educational institution to provide outdated and inaccurate study materials as it compromises the effectiveness of the course and the students ability to prepare adequately for the exam Overall my experience with Uacademy has been extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory The lack of mock exams for certain units unresponsiveness of the institution to customer inquiries and outdated and unreliable study materials have left me feeling like I wasted my money on this course As a student seeking comprehensive and effective exam preparation I expected better from Uacademy I caution others to carefully consider their options and thoroughly research the quality of the study materials and customer service provided by Uacademy before enrolling in their courses It is crucial for educational institutions to prioritize the needs and expectations of their students and provide reliable and up-to-date study materials along with prompt and efficient customer support Unfortunately Uacademy has failed to meet these standards and I am left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my investment in this course
