Great deal on a new Suzuki Vitara and Brian and team were always available to call or respond quickly to emails The V5 was delayed due to an admin error and I needed to chase this up - c3 months before it eventually turned up which was a concern but confirms me as 1st registered keeper so all good in the end

took a couple of weeks longer than originally envisaged which to be fair was no fault of uk car discount - the car was damaged in transit and uk car discount rejected it - thereafter Gary bent over backwards sourcing another vehicle ensuring I received before christmas having been nervous about buying a brand new car online i am very happy I did thank you

Buying a new car this way was very straightforward The only issue was that the vehicle was a factory order and not from stock the quoted delivery from Ford was extended by 5 weeks then subsequently brought back to around the original quoted delivery date Generally a safe and satisfactory experience

Generally the service received from UK Car Discount was very good They responded to emails after I had sent them one However I felt that they could have been a tad more proactive in providing updates to me rather than me having to chase them My car was delayed longer than originally expected and I needed to be kept up-to-date with developments Nevertheless the team was always polite and friendly and I would certainly be happy to use them again in the future

Did exactly what they said they would and at a good price

Purchased a Hyundai Tuscon UK Car Discount have done what they said they would do and barring issues beyond their control have done everything on time Prices were very competitive but the clincher was paying on delivery - many other companies want payment before you ve seen the car Although the car was undamaged it was grubby when it arrived so first ownership task is an inside clean wash and polish I would certainly recommend UK Car Discount and will buy again just be aware that your new car will be driven some distance
