Really beautifully crafted bought a gem Craftd necklace so nice I imidiatley ordered another one The second one was damaged but as soon as I sent them a picture they dispatched a second one a day later The customer service team is amazing too

Cracked stone on ring replaced no questions asked

I had a stone crack on a signet ring so I contacted their support via email explaining the situation with a picture of the ring Within a few hours I had gotten a reply and and an offer for a refund or replacement I asked for a replacement and after giving them my original order number they immediately sent out the new one without grilling me for a return of my original ring or needing me to create a new order with a special code or whatever I don t usually like using warranties for online purchases because they end up being a hassle more often than not but this was very seamless and smooth so I appreciate it big time
