WOW WOW WOWI just want to give a huge thank you to the workers at UKGVS who helped me in this process I first found UKGVS in march I found them on google and put my information on their website probably one hour after I signed up I got called by a really sweet lady named Sarah Sarah spent an hour explaining everything to me on the phone and then helped me register my case with them Once Sarah helped me register my case I was put through to the customer support who helped me start doing the paper work After i filled in the first questionaries My case was assigned to what has to be the nicest woman in the world Mrs Emma Here I must mention that I was really stressed because Mrs Emma explained to me all the rest of the process to get my visa and it was so complicated and long i nearly had a panic attack on the phone but Mrs Emma was soooo calming and reassuring and over the last 6 months she probably explained me the same things a hundred times and no matter how many times i asked the same questions she would always answer me calmly and tell me not to feel bad to ask because as she says all she has is time and patience Without Mrs Emma holding my hand and keeping me calm i probably would have had a heart attack 6 times But in the end it was worth all the stress because I just got Back from the Application Centre with my Visa and I am literally ecstatic me and my daughter will finally be able to start our new lives in the UK and there is literally no way this would have happened without UKGVS and especially Sarah Mrs Emma and of course the support team who have helped me all this time Thank you so so much I will be visiting you soon with the present i promised you
