Great products I have ordered a lot of Hype products over the years for my Grandchildren They are quality products that last The large rucksacks last through 2 school years and beyond I only upgrade them as the Grandchildren want the new patterns The lunch bags are sturdy roomy and can fit a Hype water bottle at the side in the mesh pocket Brilliant items and stylish for all age groups My 3yr old Grandaughter has a heart lunchbox already

I had the best experience with Hype today I forgot to change my address before I ordered I emailed late last night and received a response first thing this morning from a lovely lady called Jo she sorted my change of address immediately and was super helpful Would fully recommend using the site The customer service was amazing
