I bought am induction tea warmer

I bought am induction tea warmer the experience with purchacing and shipping was spectacular The product came in a short amount of time was packaged very well and nothing was broken The product is truly of a great quality and us an awesome product it is made of metal and glass and is just a very nice quality my only complaint is that the tea warmer turns off way too often like every 15 mins it has to be turned on again

I bought a complete tea set and it looked amazing We have been enjoying lovely tea-evenings where we sit down and have a moment together while enjoying tea Their customer service was quick and amazing My order was late so i contacted them as I had paid for express-shipping but due to circumstances they could not deliver the product within the promised timeframe When I contacted them about it they nicely paid back the fee that I paid for the express shipping Overall nice shopping experience great product and amazing customer service Would definitely recommend

Beautiful porcelain tea set arrived safe and sound It was very securely and safely packed and there were no bracketed over long distance haul It also arrived in the time specified and came with some wonderful sample teas One of the teas we particularly enjoyed but were not sure of the name I sent a photo of the packet to Umi Tea Sets and they responded in the same day It was Jin Jun Mei tea and it was delicious

High quality products and service

I bought a tea set and when it arrived it was very well packed but somehow a part was damaged during the transport I contacted the customer service by email and they promptly reply and sent the replacement The tea set is high standard we really like it and I think I will buy again from UmiSets

What a wonderful place to shop for tea cups and more

Look I m new in this world of loose but I m finding out there is some peace when I m stepping some oolong tea or white tea Been looking around many different places that sell tea sets and just tea cups I m truly grateful to have found Umi tea They have wonderful stuff and just wish I could buy 1of everything The gaiwans I received are beautiful and just what I wanted The package was amazing and I will definitely order more stuff from them again Thank you Umi Tea
