Unbeatable Customer Service
Their customer service is some of the best I ve ever dealt with Unfortunately my parcel was stolen off my doorstep and it was a Christmas gift for someone I informed Evri and they did nothing I informed Unfabled and they sent a replacement for 100 free straight away Kindest Christmas present

So rare to find such good service
I stumbled across unfabled when googling water bottles for cramps and I m so glad I did Their customer service is absolutely fantastic - my parcel got lost by the courier so I contacted unfabled and they replied really quickly to confirm the parcel seemed lost and would send a replacement Unfortunately the item I originally ordered was out of stock so they sent a more expensive alternative and covered the extra cost The replacement arrived next day and for my trouble they also gave me 20 off for my next purchase which will definitely come in handy So rare to find such good service these days and feel as though you re talking to a company that cares Would highly recommend
