you are expected to uninstall the software from a hard drive before re-installing it on a new hard drive This is impossible if the original hard drive fails Therefore the Claim that the software is Reinstallable is false and a misleading term They don t have a complaints department Avoid this mob at all costs

Unclear warranty terms They did not respond due to a problem with licenses that had already been used My first claim was 20 days after purchase my second claim a couple of months later They alluded that I had not claimed on time but I did They did not respect terms and conditions published on their website regarding the assignment of a new license alluding to an expired term that is not published anywhere

I wanted to renew my subscription It required me to log in but the UniqSoftware system didn t recognise my log in and when I tried to register it said I already had a log in I needed to contact their support centre where they had to go over all my account details to reset my password Then I couldn t use a credit card to pay without going back to the help desk and they had to review my IP address and then reset their profile of me Far too much work to renew an existing subscription They need to sort the system out Joffre Z support person did not acknowledge the issue at all when I raised it let alone apologise or commit to seeing if they could sort it out

I purchased from them several years back but they are a scam The original uniq software closed down and they took over the name They are selling non-legal keys If you search microsoft partner you will see they are not listed anymore Microsoft told me yesterday as I had a problem Also the Microsoft download they supply is cracked and may contain malware Use this sit at own risk Microsoft is killing keys and I was told mine has been marked as stolen and no support Also do to the length of time I cant do chargeback Microsoft told me to buy from them or from their partner list Cheap keys cracked or stolen

Ordered Office forMac from them which they said would be delivered within 2 hours because they will restock it within 2 hours After 2 hours passed I emailed them and they said its taking a bit longer but will be with me soon Next day I followed up again and spoke to someone via livechat who said the previous order was never submitted with their supplier and that it would be the next day before I can get it Thats over 24 hours from order time not 2 hours I then asked for a refund and they said they cant provide a refund quickly they said refunds take time and he has to send it to administration whatever that means Based on this experience I recommend against purchasing from this operation as they lie about the time to fulfil the orders and then make it difficult to get refunds

I m working with this company since a few years ago without any problem but one day after buying a license I found a few unauthorized charges on my bank account about 260 Fortunately I recovered those charges after canceling my credit card A few weeks later I bought a new license through a computer with Ubuntu and oh surprise I found again new charges on my new credit card Checking the purchasing process from the web of uniq software my antivirus Kaspersky advised me that the paymentpage had a trojan virus I advised about it to uniq software who told me that the web would be checked A few weeks later I tried to buy a new license and Kaspersky advised me again about the same security problem the website still with the trojan virus so I advised again to uniq about it who told me that their website was ok that it was a problem with kaspersky Due to this answer I asked to Kaspersky to check the website and they confirmed me thta the paymen process had a virus so I informed againt to uniq who repeat me the same anser So I decided to try with another antivirus avast Result Avast advised me that the website is infected so it is not a Kaspersky problem with they website but a problem with 2 antivirus Of course I told again to uniq the result of my test and today 07 15 2022 te website still infected as per KasperskyHas anybody have some problem or has detected any problem as described
