Frustrating Days

I spent a very frustrating number of days trying to acivate the product they sent me I asked for Windows 10 Pro and they sent me Windows 10 Home The problem was that they sent me a Windows 10 Pro Activation code That meant it was not accepted by Windows I tried to get them to send the right software or send the right code but eventually gave up as they continually did the wrong thing I got so fed up with them I went away and bought Windows 10 Pro somewhere else and wrote of the loss I had experienced by dealing the UniqSoftware

I fail to understand why you could not

I fail to understand why you could not accept my VISA credit card I seriously object to having to give my credit card details to an unknown 3rd party I will not be back to you for anymore products

Microsoft Outlook 2016 failed Microsoft s activation error message stated illegal software UniqSoftware email a replacement Product Key but on installation it also failed Microsoft s activation with the same message After the second failure When I tried to contact UniqSoftware by phone I was directed to an answering machine and left a message To date I have not received a reply or credit from UniqSoftware My advice Buyer beware

If its too good to be true it probably is

Be wary website seems legit reviews seem legit Once you download the file Office 2010 in my case you will need to go through crazy amount of extra steps not mentioned in the description Then they ask you to take remote control of your computer so that they fix it And at the end of it all they refuse to give you a refund If it seems too good to be true it probably is I m out of 50 bucks but i ve learned my very expensive lesson Hopefully you wont have to learn a lesson as well Be wary

They give you duplicate licence keys

They give you duplicate licence keys when you make multiple purchases so they are obviously not legitimate If you complain about this they want remote access to your server - yeah right I m going to give a total stranger that I m already suspicious about access to one of our servers

i found it difficult to install Office

i found it difficult to install Office 365 as everytime it requires a login to download the software I have to contact the support to tell them that I have 3 laptops or maximum of 5 devices whatever the case and then they will have generate keycode or something so you could login again and download the software I can t use one login that could consist of 5 licenses and I could manage them easily

The software would not work on my Surface Rt Running Windows 8 1 it downloaded to the Surface but when i tried to run set-up i keep getting a message This app will not run on your computer and that s where it ends i did contact Uniq but you were not much help

Difficulty installing Office 2019

Eventually sucessfully downloaded and installed Office 2019 but it was a bit of a mission I had to seek help from their on-line chat service which was indeed helpful The service could be improved by more precise instructions of exactly how to proceed once payment has been made
