Genuine company genuine software

I have edited original review I bought MS Office but there was no product key with it I was initially told they were sold out of the product keys Then I was told I would get one soon I thought it was a scam website and initiated a transaction reversal with the bank However a couple of days later I was emailed a product key and the software now works So it appears the company is genuine and the software does work However there is definitely room for improvement in the buying process

Well they really have a good service it s highly recommended well now I really don t know if I can say it s highly recommended I m sorry but I had a problem after I use it for several days and it s not working as expected because after some update it s not working so good and I contacted them but they didn t answer to my problem Thanks

I can not use your program windows 10 I have not been able to install the program in my computer it is very difficult I need help

I purchased Office 2010 from this

I purchased Office 2010 from this company two years ago and it has worked perfectly However I recently had a problem re-installing it on my new laptop After 3 days and four different advisers Agustin eventually sorted me out in about 45 minutes If I had spoken to Agustin in the first place he would have got 5 stars

I was attended by Franco He tried his best but he couldn t explain me why can t I use Mercado Pago as a payment method Also only after 24 hours my payment was registered

The activation code I was given did not

The activation code I was given did not work so I needed help I was directed to activate on the phone this was long a complicated process Unfortunate process to have to go through I was not given any other option by the support operator Successful outcome in activation at the end but I was hoping for more proactive support

The support guy was ok 4 5 to him but my calification overall points more to the fact that this kind of trouble shouldn t happen You could have a better control of the activation Keys assigned to your customers
