Change of direct debit date each month I have complained about a number of things and have been ignored One of which included the company I am paying warranty for no longer active however the monthly direct debit price has not changed

Unity auto finance are a terrible finance please do not use these at all they say there here to help there customers they try everything and anything to get out of a situation I bought a car from prestige German motors South Shields big jon gets his cars from auctions full of problems and then sells them from a private car park and not his garage pitch because he knows there dodgy cars that have been clocked I have proof I hope karma comes down on the people that have done me wrong like a tonne of bricks the car has had problem after problem since the day of owning the veichle they Miss sold me a car by it being modified and let me drive away from there garage without been insured basically if I was to have an accident with the car being modified I would not of had a leg to stand on and also would of been a financial loss to the finance company unity auto finance allow clocked mileage cars and cars that have been modified I will not be buying a car with them ever again and will see them in court soon

rate is shocking for the value of the car and not worth borrowing the money Gave me one price then up the deal when came to finance

You sent the money to the wrong car garage last week and I still have no car but you have still set up a direct debit but you are not bothered about your customer service

The interest rates could be lower

Easy and straightforward all round

Cause I ve had problems when I changed my bank account in which they took a payment then cancelled the direct debit I then had to do a bank transfer for last month and they have assured me that the direct debit is all set back up so we will see

I wouldn t recommend communication is rare especially when other parties are involved
