I was gifted an uni de50 bracelet that I wore twice Taking it out of its bag a couple of days ago I noticed it had tarnished so I proceeded to clean it in accordance with cleaning instructions and the bracelet broke This was a fairly expensive bracelet that I can no longer wear

I bought a bracelet with a key-like closure Within a few months it got loose and kept falling off I contacted the company after buying a ring from them as well and informed them of the issue They said I was out of the guarantee period I will never purchase anything from the company again

Marked decline in quality
Like another reviewer I have been purchasing Uno de 50 pieces and receiving rhem as gifts for well over 10 years My husband recently bought me a ring for my birthday and gave it to me in November The back of the ring is already changing color not tarnish and two of the little stones have fallen out Very disappointing as my older Uno to 50 jewelry is still in great shape Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend this brand any longer nor will I be asking to receive its gifts A similar thing happened with a bracelet I bought my husband last year the silver started to turn color again not tarnish and now it looks like a cheap knock off so of he no longer wears it This decline in quality is so disappointing because it was beautiful jewelry at a great price point

Unresponsive Company
Order Number EU00050764I placed an order in the evening of Thursday 15th August 2024 Got a pop up on their website after payment saying thanks for the order and that a confirmation email would be sent shortly It is now Friday 16th 0948am Uk time and still no confirmation email Does this company exist in the Stone Age where an actual person has to send the confirmation email Regardless of when an order is placed an automatic confirmation email of order is generated and sent with ALL retailers I tried chatting on the website but virtual assistant is useless and NO agent was available during business hours I chose to chat on WhatsApp but kept getting the same message about operating hours even though it was past 10am in Spain I regret placing an order with this company they are totally dysfunctional unprofessional and unhelpful Can someone at least tell me why I haven t received my confirmation email

Please be careful and do not buy from this site I ordered a watch fortunately for half price and I received some kind of garbage a broken watch that does not work with missing parts I sent them 5 emails no response I called by phones numbers such numbers do not exist Be careful this is a dishonest company simply scammers

Scammers - Don t buy from them
I d give you negative stars if I could I purchased a ring late July and returned it immediately because it was too big for me The company received the ring on Aug 2 I ve sent them proof of that and so far they ve been avoiding to refund me with lies and excuses Someone even had the audacity to say that the ring hasn t even been charged and that they shouldn t have sent it to me so they don t owe me any refund the audacity Then someone else sent me another email customer service is handled only via email saying that they have processed my refund and that they ll send me proof of that which never happened It s been a month ever since and as I mentioned above they keep asking me to send them the same things over and over things that I ve already sent several times I even sent them a screenshot of the company confirming receipt of my return and proof of my payment This is a nightmare Someone the other day said they processed the refund but they are having issues with the processing system with PayPal which is not my fault as a customer but still no refund whatsoever It s a reputable company in Europe but here in the US at least the online side of the business is a SCAM don t buy from them

The worst customer service quality on the planet
I bought a silver bracelet at their store in Paris 07 06 2024 I wore it couple times then I put it on the original box and it was there for a month In August I wanted to wear my bracelet again but when I opened the box I realized that huge black spots appeared on it Could you please explain how this could happen to a 169 bracelet that was simply stored in it s original packaging for a month I ve had silver-plated jewellery all my life but this has never happened to any of them Their website says TO MAINTAIN YOUR PIECE AS NEW WE RECOMMEND IT IS STORED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING This is exactly what I did I was also trying to use soft cloth to remove the black areas from my bracelet but it does nothing I emailed them I added the receipt pictures 23 08 2024 00271854 no answer I sent the same email again 02 09 2024 00272537 Today is 22 09 2024 I still have no answer I have never had such a bad experience with a customer service I threw 169 into nowhere I just have no words I hope brands like you just stop existing Such a shame NEVER BUY THEIR ITEMS

A joke of a warranty service
I purchased a product in Lisbon physical store during the warranty period product broke apart in less than 1 year the leather cord holding bracelet together just went broke off the piece of bracelet - bracelet wasn t cheap - above 130 eur - apparently it was glued not sure I emailed customer service and their offer was to do repair for free - have no clue ho they were going to repair broken leather cord but they suggested charging me for mailing product at no obligation back and forth from my location in Netherlands - proper company shall just replace or refund a faulty product but not ask customer to pay for no obligation sending it around EU twice for very poor sounding repair attempt Don t see a point in claiming it warranty and high quality

I cannot get a hold of anyone via email message or phone call Always unavailable I need to know where my refund is and why not the full amount Plenty of time to be resolved and refunded Also why is the voicemail the same for every line you call and it says the wireless number you have called is unavailable
