Customer Service Agent BARBIE was kind patient and understood the issues I was having with booking my family s one way ticket from India to US matching my itinerary from India to US The booking system was not cooperating as my family s departure time was different than mine so we had to book the reservation couple of times Even then it didnt work - Finally I got an email from her to call back as she was having issues so finally for the 3rd time I made another reservation and this time the system cooperated I am thankful for BARBIE s support in ensuring my family can travel with me peacefully back from India Trip Confirmation 1016249469
