I downloaded the app for the 3 free downloads I downloaded one song once and when I went to my library it showed up 3 times so when I went to download my second song it said I exceeded downloads This feels a bit dodgy if you ask me

I started my subscription in July and got a nice soundtrack from Uppbeat However I wanted to cancel immediately afterwards and thought I did with turning off the auto-renew functionality Now an additional month was charged on my creditcard and Uppbeat s cancellation policy is not super clear in terms of UI UX on their website in my My Account section Also I cannot find a contact method anywhere to get in touch with them and see if my cancellation has come through properly That s why I m just trying here on Trustpilot In short nice platform cancellation not the easiest

I love the Music Tracks just need tracks to record to that are recording studio ready also the sound of the tracks need to be filled up with instruments that compliment one another I love Hip Hop Ballets with a strong base line So far so good Thank you Uppbeat I appreciatethis amazing platform music with no copyrightissues

I have been using Uppbeat for a few months now I was able to find a perfect song for my video opening and closing credits However I noticed that most of my videos were copyright listed even though I put the Uppbeat credit information that was sent to my email It is pretty frustrating I have since moved to the premium tier out of necessity to try to avoid the copyright claims

I have been trying to reach out to uppbeat now for a couple of months and they are literally ghosting me I had a card expire and I m trying to upgrade my service it no longer will accept my credentials I reached out to uppbeat several times and they won t respond to my emails At this point I don t know what to do I want to keep using them but may have to move on UPDATE I did get a reach out after this review They said they had responded to me prior but I dont remember or may have missed the email The system still wont accept my attemped card input all info is correct - they are working on it will see where this goes More updates coming

As an overall service I wish I could give all 5 stars but I can t I have a paid subscription so my channel is supposed to be whitelisted on YouTube But unfortunately multiple times now I ve been hit with copyrite and attempted demonitization on certain videos Recently I went to post a video and it got flagged for an Uppbeat song After an ENTIRE MONTH of trying to work with customer service to have the flag removed YouTube finally dropped the claim in my favor because the artist who was trying to monetize outside of their Uppbeat contract refused to respond The agent was friendly but it really annoyed me how they constantly say over and over again copyrite claims should never happen It happens And when it does they apparently don t even have the power to release the clailm themselves and have to try to communicate with third parties Now this has happened again only this time I got a message from YouTube saying that an OLDER video that was previously fine suddenly has a claim on it out of nowhere Now I m trying to get help from Uppbeat yet again I feel like a victim of false advertizing because they say all over their website how you should never have to deal with this when paying for their service My paid membership for copyrite free music should not be a source of stress

Trying to find high quality music for my youtube videos The first impression was great Until I found out you only get 3 downloads if you want it free Topped by only one per month Unless of course you want to buy premium For something advertised as completely free high quality music you don t get given much However I will definitely be using those 3 downloads
