Had a minor problem with a copyright

Had a minor problem with a copyright claim appearing on one of my videos that was an error on my part I was unable to clear it myself with the help tools provided but after reaching out was quickly contacted and Jennah was on it with a few emails back and forth So far I m very happy with both the tracks provided and the customer service Thanks

I have to say the customer service I have experienced from Libby at Uppbeat is commendable Not only has she helped me several times with copyright issues but she has taken the time to explain in depth several policies that were confusing This type of service means alot and goes a long way in order for a person to feel comfortable using and learning new tech language Thanks again Libby You are so appreciated

Excellent backup service after copyright hit

I received a copyright hit on a video not knowing how to remove this I emailed Uppbeat and Jennah M came to assist Although the copyright was clearly my fault Jennah kindly assisted me by getting the copyright removed with no hassle on my behalf Jennah completed this task and emailed myself back telling me what she had done and fully explained how I need to proceed for future videos where I use Uppbeat music all done within 48 hrs I can only thank Jennah for her knowledge and experience and how helpful she has been throughout Will I carry on using Uppbeat Music too right I will great choice of music with exceptional backup service Thanks Jennah

Good value songs are decent

I am recently new to Uppbeat this service is based in the UK Recently I purchased my premium account and I am pleased with the music selection and UI Song generator it is great idea Before I used Artlist io and of course if you compare these two the Artlist is better but also more expensive Anyway in ratio price vs quality is Uppbeat great at 7USD MONTH for music and sound effects Even here you will find a big selection of great music Thanks for the great service just recommending to newbies Just hope so in the future the DESIGN of the website will be better as they could add more options for filtering and searching of the music show you played music so you won t play same song ever and ever again etc
