Received some of the best customer service on any online site I ve used Representative was very helpful and managed to come across as a nice person in email exchanges That s not always an easy thing to do I appreciated that rep said something to the effect that they would do anything to help me solve the problem I was having In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion I appreciate the help

I asked for assistance in deleting my account and the Uppbeat team was of great help Also I wanted to spend a couple words to say how good Uppbeat is You may find it strange that I say this after deleting my account but the only reason I went through with that request is because I no longer need to use the service I really like the interface overall experience and the price tier The free one is perfect for everyone who needs to work on one-off projects and the standard license is fair too given the quality of the tracks For me Uppbeats has lots of highs and not really a down

I love Uppbeat I was only after copyright safe music for my videos so was pleasantly surprised with the extensive choice of music and sound effects in every genre I love the sound effects so much I have them on my phone notifications and hoping to add them to my Ring chime box if possible lol You can even generate AI playlists and just let them play through for great background music ambiance A
