I placed order in 12 12 2022 for 255 Then returned items worth 150 with the Royal Mail with tracking number and signatures it s returned in 20 of December and singed by them i contacted the customer service after month they replied we didn t get any returned parcel from you

I wish there was an option to select 0 here because this is what I would have given to them Absolute shambles of a customer service No number to contact Its just an email address that you have and even that is not dependable I have requested for a full refund for their appalling service

It is a scam I made an order on 29 August and since when there is no update in this order I sent 2 email for customer service with no response

Worst experience with a retailer Over 6 weeks that I placed order but have not received my order Sent them emails on customer service and it seems they are not bothered Have sent an email asking for order or refund and if still not received would have to report to police Dont buy online

Customer service and returns process a shambles No contact number for customer service only emails Even then you have to keep chasing for a response If you need to return an item the process is complicated And then when you do send the item back they claim they never received it It took me two months to get the money refunded after I said I would complain to the consumer ombudsman and my credit card company Never again
