Excellent customer service and problem solving - it wasn t a straight forward repair due to part supply problems but I was kept up to date with regular phone calls even when the call was to say there was nothing further to report but they hadn t forgotten about me Ali was very friendly and collection delivery happened on time All the staff I had contact with appeared happy in their jobs and willing to do what it took to meet the brief
