So I would recommend these guys 100 I drive a decent premium BMW SUV and I m sure BMW see me coming as a female driver who knows nothing about cars I bought the car new and it has just finished the warranty BMW have tried to charge me the earth explaining my safety was compromised etc Volksmaster completed an MOT explained what everything meant and what needed doing Very efficient and professional and not geared towards men who understand cars Really friendly and I would highly recommend Pricing entirely reasonable for the service and really quick to get parts in The guy on the front desk is amazing not sure of his name he really has a way of explaining and re-assuring you need him as a button on you car when you re worried about lights coming on or what the messages mean I m definitely using this garage from now on Thank you everyone at Bury

Great company Took my van in today - explained that i wanted to wait whilst the repairs were done - they had a technician on the van straight away Work was completed quickly and efficiently whilst I waited in reception A really nice bunch of knowledgable people providing a value for money service I will definitely be going back and would recommend

I have used Volksmaster for many years

I have used Volksmaster for many years spanning one Audi A6 and two A8s and continue to do so as I can t fault the service Although price is not my primary impetus I have found them to be very reasonable but the clincher for me is the fact that I can trust what they say I have never once felt that I was being taken advantage of and on more than one occasion I have been advised work was not required Honest advice is worth its weight in gold for me They are also spot on with their timing collecting and returning my car as promised on every occasion
