You all had someone to pick up my car and as of this day you have not sent any information to me about my car You said that I would receive a letter to take to my DMV releasing me from having to pay for a car that I donated to you I was told that I would receive this letter after 15 days and it has been over a month Please send me a letter releasing me from this car

The man that picked up my truck came a day early with no warning He got the truck he was driving stuck at the end of my driveway While burning the tires trying to get unstuck on of his dual wheels came off My neighbor pulled him out of the ditch THE MAN WAS HI ON SOMETHING A REAL MESS ITOLD HIM HE BETTER GET A NEW TIRE ON HIS DUEL WHEEL BUT HE SAID NO I WILL HAUL IT WITH ONE HE WAS LOADING IT ON THE CHAIN BROKE TRUCK ROLLED OF AND NEARLY HIT MY OTHER TRUCK AND CRASHED INTO A TREE THE WAS IN PAJAMA BOTTOMS WITH FLIPFLOPS THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS REALLYESSED UP IV NEVER HAVE GIVEN A BAD REVIEW ON ANYTHING I KNOW THINGS AREN T THIS COMPANY THAT PICKED UP MY VEHICLE IS A MESS

Towing company in Anchorage

Towing company in Anchorage AK was unreachable and unreliable Failed to show on three occasions and finally picked up car from repair shop without calling owner Telephone number provided was inoperative Name of towing company was withheld from owner Never did receive statement of value to be used for tax purposes I am a vet and hoped for a successful experience Sad to say I have no assurance any vet was benefited

I m still waiting for the paperwork for

I m still waiting for the paperwork for the vehicle I donated I feel like I was pressured to get the vehicle and then they showed up at a different time without telling me I just got a lot of high-pressure in phone calls and they promised that I would get a receipt that I still have not got it and they never contacted the DMV I seriously regret using the charity right now

My car did not get picked up at the dealership as scheduled with the specific instructions given I received a phone call one month later from Toyota Auto Center stating my car was still at their location and wanting to know when I was going to pick up car

I wasn t given a receipt

I wasn t given a receipt even after asking for it several times The tow truck driver just said we don t do that I donated a running 4x4 nothing was wrong with it except that I can t drive I wanted a tax write off If my truck wasn t already loaded up I would have NOT done the donation

Stressfull STRESSFULL STRESSFULL

No internal communication within company and vendor I expressed that I needed to get title notarized that I would call when I m ready I continued to get multiple texts and emails and even had my donation canceled multiple times Never experienced so much stress trying to donate in my entire life My lifespan has actually been decreased due to the amount of stress

This donation was a mistake

The tow truck driver experience was really good Dealing with cars for veterans has been a whole Nother story as of today I still don t have any receipt that you have picked up or received my car I have not received any paperwork for my tax deduction As we donate the rest of our service fleet this year cars for veterans will not be an option

I ve donated cars to different places before and I was given the full value of the car in the spot I have another car to donate and I m donating it somewhere other than vehicles for veterans Never again

Disappointed

It has been more than 30 days since my vehicle was picked up and I m still waiting for the preliminary receipt Website states The preliminary tax receipt will be mailed Unfortunately I will not be recommending this service
