I had an indifferent experience Communication was so-so in the beginning I was given a vehicle donation receipt at the time of pick up and still haven t gotten an official tax letter The original date of transaction was 8 30 23

Happy to help the Veterans but hoped for a better compensation for my BMW

I did not care for how the car was appraised I was expecting more than what I got for the donation I was happy to help the Veterans however I wish I too could have been compensated better

We recently donated a truck to

We recently donated a truck to what we thought was a Wounded Warrior facility It was the 3rd such donation donated In our previous donations the facility would make repair s to the vehicle if needed then gift them to a wounded warrior With this Company the vehicle is auctioned off Supposedly the proceeds will then be distributed to a warrior or used in a project for wounded warriors In addition an accounting of the vehicle value at auction was to be sent within 60 days To date that has not happened Very disappointed

Poor pickup

It took a long time to have my van picked up I feel it was poor communication on both our parts When I got the call back I didn t recognize the number and thought it might be scam I responded with a screening message Which they didn t respond to Not really sure what the value ended up to be Only the letter stating if it were over 500 they would let me know So just assuming it was less than Other than that I hope the sale of it went to good use

We got differing information about the pick up requirements it worked out fine but was confusing

reassurance that the organization is NOT a scam

As a veteran I wanted to be assured that this organization was legitimate I had concern when I did not receive my 1098-C 3 weeks following a substantial donation This was finally sent after an additional 2 weeks later only after my follow up telephone call

The vehicle was pulled off the driveway

The vehicle was pulled off the driveway and positioned on the main street median for them to load There was trouble getting it on the first truck that arrived It was left there till a tow truck arrived Didn t appreciate it being left there The police were asking me when it would get picked up of which I couldn t provide a good estimate

Donation process was fine pickup not so much

Donation process was fine Getting the vehicle picked up was a real chore The original driver quit so there was a few days wait until another driver could be found Then another delay of a promised pickup but not sure when Vehicle was eventually picked up at 10 00 p m

all we did was donate a truck We hope it all turned out ok We did have several communication problems but it all worked out in the end in the future don t have people put a title in your name unless you know for sure that you are going to accept the vehicle That almost caused a problem
