Alexis from the title search company used by Vehicles for Veterans was extremely helpful in putting me in touch with the bank as the lender had been bought and we had never received our title After exhausting all efforts in trying to reach a live person myself Alexis was able to provide me with a telephone number that I was able to do that and move forward Even calling a local branch for a major bank could not help Once I was able to get that part resolved it was a quick process and the vehicle was retrieved within a day or so without any incident Very happy about that as I was in another state 500 miles away from the vehicle

The entire process from my request for donation to pick up of the vehicle was fantastic Thank you for your efforts to help veterans I loved my 30-year old Pathfinder and I hope a vet and family will get more years of service out of it

Vehicles for Veterans made the arrangements with a auction house and picked up the vehicle quickly once they received the title Hope the car sells for a decent price to help veterans

Good Experience

The car is auctioned for repair or use for parts The woman I spoke with originally was very nice and extremely helpful to me as I made arrangements for my car to be donated Everything in the process went smoothly I was very impressed Even the tow truck driver said Tell your Baby goodbye She ll be taken care of Get a couple of pictures He was so nice and compassionate

There should be more stars than five

There was very little time between when I made an on-line request to donate to the first contact by telephone That contact was professional and reassuring It was reassuring since I was having trouble taking off the license plates and was assured it could be taken care of at the time of pick up The instructions were clear and easy to follow Pick up was on time and the guys were great I have been singing your prases to friends It was one of my better decisions There should be more stars than five
