has to be the worst company to contract with They are a nice and dime company that will find ways to charge you for every clarification and enhancement that you thought was include with your contract They use semantics to justify their position They create trains videos for you team and hide them behind locked websites that make it impossible to share with new employees without having to jump through hoops to get access

This is another ripoff this company tries to push
This is the typical issues we fight with the MS integration partners we signed up with When we did our training with this company there were several sessions that we had them record for use with training future team members as we add them over time The video is hosted on their SharePoint site and now when we have new employees that need to watch the video they charge us almost 400 to grant access to the new employee see below invoice If this isn t a company that is taking advantage of their customer and clients I don t know what is I would never recommend this company to anyone else

Brought a jacket doesn t fit needs to be returned but emailed for return label I get no reply you can t even ring them
