After two weeks from the order I still have not received the goods I tried contacting customer service but haven t received a response yet the tracking code appears to be incorrect

I find it utterly disgusting that this company is using Jesus Christ of Nazareth on its socks as a way of extorting money Using his image in this way is the lowest of the low in which to promote your brand I will never purchase from this brand

Ordered on 4 11 24 and order delivered 13 11 24 via Evri I had assumed delivery would take 2-3 days as stated when placing original order I d ordered 8 pairs of socks and have only received 2 which is odd No email explaining stock issues delay etc and I cannot find a phone number to call only able to fill out online form and wait 48 hours for response which is not entirely helpful as birthday gift which at the weekend Wish I d read reviews before

I ordered a pair of socks on 28th November - haven t received them yet I emailed asking for an update on 14th - haven t had a reply explaining where they are Christmas is only 8 days away

Thought I d order some as a gift as i have 2 pairs gifted and excellent quality - ordered 22 11 24 - still waiting lots of emails sayiung they are on their way though also when i asked about the 4th pair free - the response was your order is in transit theres nothing we can do i pointed they could send the pair The response was we can do that if you pay the postage obviously a company that cares nothing for its customers or providing anything that may resemble customer service

I Ordered items at the beginning of December and I still have not received the items even though they were meant to be on a 1-2 delivery Reading other reviews it looks as though this is a common occurrence

Customs sent it back to them because of insufficient incomplete or incorrect documentation which after checking into it means they didn t do customs documentation correctly Can t review the socks as I haven t received them Customer service just told me I had to wait for it to be sent back to them and that Once we receive it back we can resend for you until then we won t know what the issue is When I queried how long it would take I was told I m afraid we just have to wait for it to be returned usually within a week And then they sent me an email for a review of their customer service

I ordered on 25th november At today no notice about I tried to write them but no one answer Reading on this site I can see that is normal procedure From their link to traking seems that we have receivedd a note with instructions to pick up but false Their automatic chat is useful give ever the same stupid answer For further buyer stay away from them

I can t believe the customer service is so bad I am trying to get a response resolution to order 16020 other than it s at the parcel shop I have been to the parcel shop 4 times and it is NOT there If it was I would have picked it up and I wouldn t be sending emails or DMs on instagram Just to remind you - Under the Consumer Rights Act when you buy goods from an online retailer they are responsible for the goods until you receive them So if the courier loses the goods you ordered or they arrive damaged the retailer is responsible for putting things right not the courier If your order is not delivered or the delivery company has been useless you need to take the issue up with the retailer rather than the delivery company Evri are impossible to contact and it is your responsibility to resolve this Either refund me or send out again via Royal Mail

It is been 16 days since I paid 55 for four socks and I am still waiting to receive it I send them two emails and nobody has answered It is an adress in Spain it is not difficult Really really bad service and customer attention And still don t know if I will receive muy product Really bad experience
