Not a scam but a waste of time

As for this company being rated as a way to make side money It s a complete waste of time in that respect You do need a minimum amount to cash out from the program Which is 10 I ve been using the program for 2 months and haven t even received enough surveys to cash out at this point I maybe get a serving notification once every couple weeks if even that So don t even waste your time signing up for this it s pointless

I have more than enough points to cash out The message I have received for the last two days is There has been an error redeeming your points Please try again later This has been the last two days The real issue is not so much about the money as it is NO RESPONSE Not even a response from a robot saying we received your message

I haven t gotten my 10 from rylee or be able to cash out till u can fix this I won t be doing surveys anymore gotta reach 10 just to cash out take way too long to get there

Does Not Comply With Opt Out

I have been contacted repeatedly by verasight for a survey related to a city I don t live in I have repeatedly opted out and blocked the number and they continue to text me from DIFFERENT phone numbers To be clear I reply STOP it says I ve been opted out I block the number I continue to get texts from different phone numbers after being told that I am opted out

Didn t receive my 10 paypal reward

So I was new to Verasight and I just recently was able to cash out 10 via PayPal I was told I would receive an email about my reward and I haven t received anything Does anyone know how I can fix this issue because I do like their surveys over the majority Please don t fail me now

Problems with redeeming

Generally they have been consistent with payouts until recently I redeemed twice in December 2024 and after many weeks didn t receive my 10 times 2 Sent them three emails asking what the problem was and never got a single response Had to resort to a review in an effort to get what I earned Maybe they are in financial trouble or they just don t communicate well

Why is there only a gift card redemption option in my cash out and no paypal redemption option and I want to redeem my points through paypal

I cashed out 5days ago and still haven t gotten paid this is the trouble I have with most surveys is I never get paid for them

No surveys No support help

I signed up last week and did all the get to know you surveys and now nothing I ve been waiting for days for more surveys and haven t gotten any I ve sent 2 emails to there support and haven t heard back from anyone I m at 2 75 and no more surveys to continue Would really appreciate if someone would get back to me I would like to say that Verasight has gotten back to me a few times to help me better understand how things work and it s been a great So please disregard my first review Thank you and thank you Verasight for clearing things up

This is very excellent company

This is very good company I had survey every week customer service very nice just is few days The payout instantly But the cashout process is by far one of the best and quickest Honesty is a major plus The wonderful company
