Bought vinyl lettering to affix to a metal letterbox but they failed to stick on

Disappointing

I have been signwriting our fleet myself for over 10 years however the other company had declined in quality so I tried these I was disappointed in the quality of the stickers they did not peel easily or cleanly The response from the director was patronising and unhelpful Luckily it was only a top up order to existing signwriting and didn t cost too much but definitely would not bother with this company again Will avoid

Made the silly mistake of forgetting that some letters have descenders i e parts below the line With a few e-mails Vinyl Lettering had the problem solved and the sizes rejigged to suit original dimensions A very rapid turnaround is also a plus for a recommendation

Excellent service order arrived in less than 24 hours however the website was less impressive product supplied was 10 percent of the size I thought I was ordering when I reordered found the price was uncompetitive so did not complete order The website has no telephone number so could not check if the new price was correct so ordered from a more user-friendly company website

Very easy to use website - but not clear what exactly you will get when you order

Very easy to use website - but not clear what you will exactly get when you place an order If you have a printer you can print out your sign and it comes out exact size so you can see before you buy I ordered red lettering which I thought would come stuck on to a white vinyl adhesive background But no the letters are just floating and the backing just makes sure that they are evenly spaced out as you stick them on There was a box to pick colour of background and as I didn t choose any coulour I thought it would be white Anyway very prompt service came next day and for just over 5 with postage was fair value for money My sign was just not what I expected

updateEventually arrived think it was Royal Mail useless service Promise Fast Turnaround ships next day Unfortunately its been a week and im still waiting for my delivery Upon asking for a tracking link it seems they told Royal Mail to expect the item last week however as of today Royal Mail still havent recieved the item from the seller
