Virpil has unbelievably good gear Solid stylish bristling with function features standard-setting pioneering now providing replica-type pieces and STILL managing to cut right under the top-tier price Worth every penny I ve had my gear a year and it s still impressing me daily If you can afford top tier flight gear GO VIRPIL To note I got my gear before they upgraded their CRM and opened new offices worldwide Whatever they lacked in SWIFTNESS is now blowing people s minds I also add their CUSTOMER SERVICE has been FAST patient on point and 100 effective No issues with gear over what I did to it how I was using it config issues etc Get the mounts extensions gear they re all awesome I can t stress enough how flight gear equals Virpil Impressed all around with NO complaints o

Excellent products Customer Service to match

I have ordered twice from Virpil and twice I made mistakes with the orders I contacted them via email late at night and relatively quickly in the morning they responded and went out of their way to resolve If only all companies cared this much Virpil are expensive for sure but their products are first rate and I would say it would be hard to find products of a similar quality elsewhere The only issue i can see is that they seem to carry low stock numbers for some critical parts desk mounts adapters etc This is a problem when they have stock of their flagship base Mongoose T-50CM3 and it requires a desk mount that is on back order and might not be available for quite some time

The best customer service in my opinion

In my opinion Virpil has the best customer service I have ever seen Kind quick and accurate response in a few minutes I asked for dispatch times of my order they told me the exstimate waiting time and also told my that I was purchased a wrong dust cover for my throttle then refunded me and merged the new order with the older one Perfect

Support is 100 pro-customer oriented

I wanted to order a product without VAT and asked about this option via email Virpil support responded almost immediately and was helpful in the process of validation of the company until we successfully solved the problem Their approach is 100 pro-customer they really try to help and satisfy your request I can t wait to have their product as I am sure they will help me with any possible problems

I broke my CM2 connector cable

I had broken the connector cord to my CM2 base and requested an invoice to purchase a replacement cable VIRPIL is literally the best company I have dealt with in terms of customer service Very friendly prompt and helpful to getting an invoice and purchase of the cable I would recommend VIRPIL on that basis alone but would also on the quality of their products Excellent company

Incredible Products and 1 Customer Support

One of the best customer support experiences I ve had in a long time Virpil s product line is absolutely incredible and they have the best customer support I had some issues with UPS losing some of my gear and immediately had 2 people Huge thank you to Sarunas and Tony from Virpil helping me out and they got my throttle delivered to me within the next 2 days If you are looking for new sim gear I HIGHLY recommend you check out Virpil love these guys and their products

Once again I have the opportunity to go on a bussines travel my wife in this time and with the awesome help and dedication of Sarunas Masionis and team she was able to receive my WarBRD-D base just in time in Hamburg Here in Brazil we don t have the opportunity to have such great piece of hardware with fair prices the delivery of the package at the hotel was fast and perfect Thanks one more time to the Virpil team You guys are really committed with the customer
