Business card design disappeared in my account and

The first batch was fine and what I expected but when I wanted to reorder it six months later all the logos in my design had disappeared And when I called to point this out the said that they would file a complaint and offered to help to put the logos back but they do not have the original design so how can they do that Vistaprint did not offer any discount or a free batch to print for this mishap because they have Black-Friday week Seriously

Can t alter adres or cancel order

I ordered multiple times before and I had no complaints but this is just stupid I filled out the adres and then it took the right adres to the invoice adres and just autofilled a random address in my city with wrong information I only saw this after I completed the order and then tried to correct the adres but got told this isn t possible after having only placed the order 5 minutes before Then I tried to cancel and got told that isn t possible either Really just stupid experience for such a organized company

It comes late even when you paid

If you have to pay for specific date Never mind You don t receive the order on the date that you choose My order arrived four days later

The products will no longer be found in stock

The qhality on products is good delivery time is good the prices are hight and the biggest problem we chose the design of the t-shirts for our team and after not even 1 year this product is no longer in stock so therefore you are obliged to replace the entire range of t-shirts This also happened with our hoodies 2 years ago Therefore we found another supplier that guarantees us long-term continuity

Have been using them for years and enjoy their service a lot Was just ordering some signs for company and noticed that I was using vistaprint co uk by mistakeSwitching over to vp nl I noted that the signs were 60 stuk instead of 15 stuk double checked all the same even the spacers were now 35 stuk instead of 8 stuck Suffice to say I ordered on co uk and they deliver to NL

4 of the 8 mugs I ordered had the images cropped even though in the layout in the online tool they were well within the limits The design is also not centred as per the preview but appears much closer to the handle than in the design preview Additionally before starting the design process it looked like a 48h rush order was possible but only at the end of the payment process did it become clear that the only available option was a 10-day turnaround

Overall good but still some improvement points

We are overall happy with our orders but there are some improvement points - The pen is too light and feels a bit cheap It would be great to have a more substantial feel to it for a better writing experience - Additionally the glue used for the notebook isn t strong enough making the pages prone to coming loose Strengthening the binding would greatly improve the durability of the notebook
