DONT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS

I have read so many complaints about quality of the products or shipping hassles As a frequent customer living in the US I have never had a problem with Vivamacity s service or quality The materials the jewelry is made of are always listed on the website so complaining about materials not being as expected may just be an oversight on the customer s part From the many products I have purchased all have been made of good quality metal and the crystals are most certainly NOT made of plastic The crystals are genuine and beautiful As far as shipping goes I ordered some more pieces today and got a shipping confirmation literally 15 minutes later Yes you read that right 15 minutes I understand I can t speak for everyone s experience but my products usually arrive within the advertised business days for standard shipping with all the products present I usually don t write reviews but seeing the horrible things that have been said about Vivamacity I had to share my great experiences with this company I highly recommend their products and commend their shipping reliability The website does state that overseas shipping may face customs complications so those whose complaints are about international shipping were warned and the company can t be held responsible for longer times due to customs Vivamacity products are amazing and if you re considering buying from them don t be dissuaded by those bad reviews The products are undeniably worth it even if by some freak occurrence the shipping takes a bit longer I highly recommend Vivamacity
