Absolutely great solid app

Absolutely great solid app Brought this to lighten the mood during 2020 Covid19 shutdown not only does Voice Changing but Audio Macros and does them well Integrates flawlessly into Discord and other apps Support team are absolutely great 10 10 resolved my issue with emails very quickly

Fantastic Support Staff

Easy setup and use of the app great functionality with soundboard No longer used the program for work reasons and charged for another 3 months I didn t know it was automatic billing Sent an email and within two business days had a refund and easy exchange with Luis from support Would recommend this to anyone who uses a mic for podcasts gaming streaming etc

Fast and efficient customer service

I recently wiped my PC entirely so I lost my account info on Voicemod I was charged for my subscription of course as time passed and I had no access to my account so I decided to email the support team about it I was given fast customer service and I gave minimal information to which they worked with perfectly fine and I have received my refund Really efficient

Awesome Fun Software

Amazing software Very useful for streaming and at a very affordable once only price Customer service is speedy and extremely helpful All my friends love the random sounds and voice modulations I will continue to use this service for many years to come Keep up the amazing work

Great customer service

Great customer serviceI was helped quickly I m not sure if I should use their name but they were very professional The support team uses images to make sure important steps can be followed easily I m not smart and the in-app features are explained well and I ve been able to accomplish every task The voices are fun play around with them because some effects may be louder than others at their core according to the people I blasted their headphones with All-in-all I m happy with my purchase and I m happy with the customer service

Top tier tech support

Had an issue caused by a recent update to Windows Insider basically the beta version of Windows that caused the app not to work Tech support was ON IT and provided me a patch build that got it working again until they can fully address the issue They went above and beyond with their explanation

The support team was very attentive and helpful

In July and October we asked about commercial use In July I was told that I could use Voicemod for Youtube music etc In October I was told that the TTS voices I created with Voicemod can be used commercially by anyone but me This was very helpful because I want not only to use my voice for my own use but also to encourage others to use my voice to create their own works P S This information seems to have been incorrect These are not allowed Thank you very much for your kindness to me even though I cannot write well in English Of course the voice changer functions very well and is very good

Outstanding Support

Outstanding Support I had a couple of Problems with Voicemod on my PC which were very specific as things are with PCs and it took quite a while but the support is very knowledgeable unlike most others who are just callcenter people These guys know what they are talking about and I really appreciate the great support As someone mentioned they even support Windows Insider Builds with specialized software This is outstanding

READ THIS

Voicemod is amazing and so much fun I just read a couple of 1 star reviews and they all seem like minor problems or lack of patience Stop being and Karen and stop being so impatient - - I ve had Voicemod since 2017 and it has been so much fun ALTHOUGH there was a big problem with not being able to use it at all It ended up being a windows problem and not them It took about a week to fix back and fourth e-mails but it would have been faster if I didn t email them before bed since I m a night shift person and they replied to my emails in like 2 hours Support team is amazing and most of the fixes are already on their website anyways but this went further into a pc windows problem or it would ve been fixed day 1 Get voicemod you won t regret it It s amazing aswell as the team behind it
