If there were zero stars that is what I would have checked Worst car buying transaction I ve experienced in my 45 years of buying cars The CUE system didn t work when it was delivered It still doesn t work and I ve been on the phone with Vroom and Safeguard for countless hours I m exhausted and replacing the CUE with my own funds

Horrible terrible bad worst experience incompotent borderline scam slow These are all adjectives to describe possibly the worse internet car dealer in history 1 deposit non refundable2 run your credit numerous times3 NOT A TOTALLY ONLINE TRANSACTION4 lengthy delivery over a month 5 add service plans in contracts 6 have you run back and forth to fedex7 after sale in contract stage calls answered overseas8 low trade in value9 title registration takes forever10 never return calls or emailBUYER BEWARE i think they make money by getting people so frustrated that they forfeit their deposits on carsClosing with this read vrooms reviews snd if you wsnt to buy a car online id highly recommend carvana 7 days from sale to driveway totally electronic friendly people

Wow look at these horrible reviews Well add mine to the stack Gave me an offer and pulled it before the expiration date Never experienced anything like that before Soooo sold to Carvana a legit company 2nd car sold to them and right at autotrader pricing without the hassle

Terrible
Terrible terrible terrible customer service From the start they mis-quoted the tax I owed and I had to challenge it to get it rectified No one ever returns calls or emails They lost all the paperwork I sent twice including VIN inspection and Smog tests Having bought the car in August 21 I am still waiting in Feb 22 for it to be registered and get a new call every month or so asking to send in the same paperwork I ve already sent Utterly useless in absolutely every department

Once they sell you the car
Once they sell you the car it is all horrific after that delivery delays lost paperwork sending things 3 and 4 times Customer service reps are overseas and cannot do anything you cannot speak to a manager My registration temp tags expired 3 weeks ago Vroom is doing nothing about it and lying to me saying they will send a temp tag within 24 hours-48 hours They take no accountability or ownership of your case It is absolutely horrible and this company should be shut down

Disaster
I started my vroom process to trade in my vehicle for a new vehicle in June 2023 I received vehicle and had old vehicle picked up at the end of July The whole process was a mess Except for the delivery of the vehicle the delivery driver was great I m still having to deal with issue with them The newest issue is title and registration No one over there likes to take accountability I had to find out from the bank i finance my car though that my car had damaged that why my car was delivered so late Vroom still hasn t taking accountability for that Please ask lots of questions before doing business with this company

Worst car buying experience in my 37 year history Muiltple imperfections that were not listed Large issues with the car that cost thousands to repair and vroom offered a fraction of what they should be liable for They ve not paid off my loan of the vehicle I transferred and they STILL have not started my registration transfer STAY AWAY

Long story short- I purchased a car from them and nobody called while I was waiting for delivery to inform me that they sold my car to someone else Now everyone from customer service to the ceo is ignoring me and apparently doesn t believe I m owed an explanation or refund Filing theft charges today and calling BBB and state s attorney office aDO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY

The worst company ever they lie every time you call to obtain informations about your title registration Staw away from them and don t get fooled by their false marketing and low pricing the headache you ll get doesn t worth the dealership experience where everything is done properly It s the worst company to deal with my advice go to Carvana they are way more honest professional and real

Poor incompetent service
I am utterly shocked at how poor their customer service team is The car did not arrive in the condition promised Their staff dropped the ball with every step and created delays and unnecessary headaches I had to follow up constantly and even then Vroom still fell through on each promise I would rather hop dealership to dealership than deal with their incompetency This was the worst car-buying experience I have ever been subjected to Do not recommend
