Easy to follow App

The app is easy to follow and for a beginner like me and 69 years old they start you out slow Thank you The only thing I was disappointed in was that it didn t provide a menu to follow day by day The app had the foods to choose from but it would have been nice to have it put together for me so that I didn t have to try to do it myself I have had to put it all on hold for awhile due to health As soon as I can I will be right back at it
