I love the guidance and gradual

I love the guidance and gradual leveling up of difficulty but it was difficult to log onto the website everyday It s be easier to use an app

I am really happy and looking forward to this journey I could have benefited from some instructions for using the website and I am still familiarizing myself with which prompts need clicking But I think it s a great idea for a wellness program and I look forward to learning more as I go

The exercise plan seems to me quite adapted to my needs that is it seems to me that I can complete it without any problems I really like it Also the information about health nutrition is unsurpassed it has done me very good Counseling is ideal The truth is that they excelled with this website

Promising app with room for improvement in user interface

This is a nice little app but it has some annoying bugs I ve been using laptop web interface It is not obvious that once you click the exercise button THEN you will see instructions on what each exercise is Also if you click the Done buttons as you go along and then try to hit the final done button there is an error this is annoying because the final done button is the one that finalizes the count for the day and you don t get credit for doing the work otherwise Only by looking up the error code on the internet did I realize it is caused by a timeout So backup then click done done done and final done and that works Please make timeout longer than 15 minutes or whatever it is currently

Finally a health improvement plan that I can stick with

The Walking Diet is the motivation that I have needed to begin the journey to improved health and fitness I have completed the first week and am looking forward to the increased challenges as I progress I truly believe that I will be able to meet my goals with this program

Easy to follow on computer and my smart phone app I can go back to edit if I missed a day Different settings for beginners to expert walkers Warm up and cool down exercises food plan I can choose from with calories to lose weight or maintain it tips for walking in different weather conditions I m very happy with product Just add a spot to add food intake and total calories instead of me writing it out then 5 stars all the way

Wishing the exercises were included in the price of the program vs being extra add-on purchases Or did I miss something I have always enjoyed walking look forward to boost my current walk schedule with your program This is my first week So far so good

I like that the timer on the website

I like that the timer on the website doesn t need cell service I am cautious about doing the warm-up and cool-down exercises because I have a really bad back and there is no option in the on boarding to indicate back problems The same goes for the exercises that are sent as an addition in a work out guide Your company may want to look at incorporating QIGONG into the warm-ups it is far safer for the joints and it warms the body up

Overall I am enjoying using the app I find that it was a little confusing on how to keep track of each activity having to press done for each activity The app difficulty is that the app did not stay in position when I would hit done Soooo after several trials I was able to grasp that I had to relocate the correct activity that I was on or that I wanted to move forward

I am interested in learning to walk again I broke my knee and my knee has been stiff for so long I have been through Physical Therapy and it helped but I am hoping to gain mobility and lose some weight in the process Company emails are helpful so far in motivating me
