I was very pleased with the product and delivery was very prompt The only issue that I had was with the packing The outside packing was too tight and very difficult to open without tearing the bag Luckily I did not have to return the shoes because I would not have been able to return them in the same bag

Quality product as described I had requested delayed dispatch as I was away from home for a week It was agreed to hold off until I made contact to request delivery when I returned However the sandals were delivered probably in normal delivery period and I had to arrange for someone to call and pick up rather than risk leaving them on the doorstep I had placed the order early to secure the size

My sandals were delivered promptly and were as they were shown on the website I m very happy with them I was disappointed the box was wrapped in plastic packaging Please consider an alternative it would help protect our beautiful natural world

The shoes were delivered next day unfortunately they were too small After contacting their support service I received their reply 2 hours later returned the shoes and ordered the next bigger size The new order was delivered next day again and the refund was received 2 days later That s what I call very good service
