I didn t watch any TV on holiday as it was to complicated And to get to speak to someone was impossible

You pay your 5 You get an email saying the company is setting up the account and a code will be sent enabling you to log in The code never arrives and so you can never log in Basically a waste of money I asked for a refund but heard nothing

This is a joke I m back from holidays and as you ll already know it didn t work so you ve basically taken my 5 for nothing shocking

I tried in Feb 2023 to set up WTOH and failed miserably For all but the extremely tech savvy the process is very complicated On 25th Feb I requested a refund and was told by Stephen This has been done now No refund arrives Two emails later both to Stephen I was told on on 8th March the refund should appear in 3-5 days Still no refund 0n 14th March I emailed Stephen again This time no response I then contacted WTOH via another route Contact us on their web page Oliver informed me that It looks like your bank rejected the refund I ve processed this again I contacted my bank As expected they never reject refunds On 17th March 20days after my initial request the refund was finally received I have now been asked by WTOH to add more information or the review will be deleted The review is long and detailed I m not sure what else I can add UPDATE I have now been asked to submit evidence as WTOH do not believe my review is based on a genuine experience They should check their emails

Couldn t get it to connect despite following all the instructions carefully Tried several times with lots of emails back and forth Only wasted 5 thankfully

I sent my 5 for another week but I am unable to connect I sent several emails asking for help all I am given is the website address with instructions which I followed but it still won t connect and I have sent more emails explaining this but no further help I finally requested refund or for Stephen to do it for me at his end but no response

DONT BOTHER You will need to download some VPN software to use this which will make changes to your PC I did it and still couldn t get it to work A complete waste of time and money AVOID

Paid 5 99 to try and watch a BBC show while on holiday just got a link to a VPN which I had to sign up for then the log in page for the VPN didn t work Hotel wifi was rubbish too so also wasted half an hour of my life downloading the software for nothing One that I m just writing off and putting down to experience

Awful Paid the money and was then asked to download a VPN Then asked to provide a URL Haven t managed to get it working so a complete waste of time and money My advice is DONT BOTHER

We tried to get wtv while In Thailand would not let us logg on so paid for nothing really
