I love their products
I was wondering for a while whether I should get myself one of their bottles mainly because of how gorgeous they are but also because I was interested in their concept I bought the starter kit and I m very satisfied It comes with 3 of every flavor all of which are in a stunningly beautiful package so you can try them all and make sure of which ones you prefer I ended up liking them all The delivery was also very quick and I had absolutely no issues with my order Definitely buying again soon

Super happy
I love their products and the staff is always so nice and super helpful I needed help a couple of times and they were super quick to fix everything And I m drinking a lot more water now

The product is very good
Everything went very well and very fast I m very happy with my products The bottles are leakproof light and beautiful The tastes are delicious and with the hydration app I catch myself drinking more and more every day Super glad With one product I ve got a little problem but it was solved immediately professionally and friendly

The product is very good I also want to highlight that the Customer Service is very good as well My tester purchase got lost during the shipment When I communicated that to the Customer Care they shipped it again to me with an additional pack without no additional payment

Waterdrop Rocks
My daughter ordered a bottle for school and it arrived in good time The only issue was that the coloir didn t match the picture from the website at all I messaged Waterdrop and after a very short exchange the issue was resolved and a replacement sent Honestly if only all online retails could have a simple mistake resolved simply in turn Thank you Waterdrop

Love this Company
I ve been using waterdrop for 2 3 weeks as a way to commit to drinking water and avoiding unhealthy drinks and I love it It s pricey but I m saving money in the long run as soft drinks are more expensive Highly recommend

Cola water drop
I ve been using Waterdrop for more than half a year now and I m really satisfied Yes it s expensive but it s good and unlike AirUp Waterdrop is more environmentally friendly from my point of view I had problems with the online site I couldn t login but that s fixed now So everything is fine now

Great customer service experience
I just bought the cola ones and they are fantastic they really taste like cola and with a slice of lemon it s lovely
