I did have to send the product back as i couldn t get it to work which may have been something i was doing wrong However I phoned the UK help number supplied with the water pick and spoke to someone very quickly Nile was her name who was very polite and professional on the phone I sent the product back as per the instructions and got a full refund very quickly I cannot fault their customer service and would happily deal with this company again
