15 transfer

Very dodgy app after creating a profile and getting to the goal of 3000 points to get a bank transfer it s now asking me for every detail of my life to the city I was born etc almost enough info to get a passport

Did not send me the gift card I redeemed I redeemed it almost a month ago I emailed customer service via the link found in FAQ and received no response besides the we received your email Scam app

Disappointing

Used the app for a year before I managed to earn a reward I like another reviewer managed to get enough for a h and m voucher only to find the voucher had disappeared So I continued and managed to earn enough for a bank transfer I ve requested and still haven t received even after sending emails and getting no proper response It took me over a year to manage to reach a reward Don t bother with the app there are better ones out there

I have been faithfully logging my days and I know I m not missing them The next day the previous day shows it was not logged This has happened to me several times over the past 2 months This app is a scam deleting app now

Starting to think it s a scam Worked hard to get a 10 H M gift card and as soon as I get close to the amount of points needed the gift mysteriously disappeared The gifts available are not worth working hard for It seems they dangle a carrot but when you get close they take it away

Why casino partners

I like the concept but find some of the partner reward aspects - encouragement to make minimum deposits with online casinos and betting companies - hugely questionable For an app that makes a huge deal out of improving wellbeing and supporting UN sustainability goals I d expect their ethics to align more across the board Was personally super shocked to see this functionality and for me it really lets the app down
