Earlier in the year I found 4 bugs in my sugar 3 of which were still alive I messaged my complaint to the company and provided the photos they asked for Feel like I treated those Whitworth sugar bugs to a nice little photoshoot I avoid buying this brand now

Brilliant customer service
Ordered a pack of jam sugar on Friday expecting 4-5 working days delivery- delivered Tuesday perfect I had a problem with spillage - wondered if courier had thrown box around and bags had split inside packaging Emailed Whitworths and was immediately offered refund or replacement Overall excellent product and service

Exceptional customer care and service Sometimes it s not until things go a little wrong and you need to chat to customer services that you find out how good a company is I had a minor issue with some of my order arriving damaged in transit one email to the company and my order was replaced extremely quickly no quibbles no hassle and no delay Customer care is obviously a high priority for Whitworths I am 100 impressed with how they treat their customers It s good to know that some companies will go the extra mile for their customers
