Great products and fast customer
This is the second Wike we bought The first one is still in daily use for the last 4 years This is the biggest strongest and most compact stroller-trailer Durability and quality is superb although I noticed that cabin and cargo space material on our new one is a bit thinner Hope it won t matter and affect performance and it will serve just as good as the first one Our autistic kids love riding in them The only weak part is swivel wheel We buy a new one every year or so But we use it hard and take it on trails and such When we needed the second one we did not hesitate to choose Wike You can t beat quality price ratio Shipping was free and quick Also we enjoyed 100 dollars off on holiday sale Because we bought it directly from their website The first one we bought through Amazon didn t get any discounts

Great product Customer service is the best I have ever experienced When an order got cancelled through a secondary website I called the company to see if we could get a special needs trailer before Christmas The person I talked to was kind and was able to get a trailer shipped immediately so my daughter could indeed get the trailer in time Christmas Then she even called back to fill me in on why the previous one has been canceled Great experience

Is this the rugged hand cart I ve been looking for
For me this 3-in-1 carrier is a nearly perfect tool At 76 I don t have tads to tote but plenty of other stuff groceries tools packages etc I easily removed all of the kid carting attachments to provide googobs of space for my stuff top up or down I can now walk run or ride with cargo no tarp necessary I have other bike carts from Wike Burley and Aosom and they are all good but none as versatile as this IMO The setup was easy and almost tool-free with only a 5mm hex Great purchase price as well My only changes would be a way to lock the top down when it s folded a way to stand the carrier vertically the parking brake needs more-solid engagement
