The day I thought was supposed to receive the item didn t arrive So I contacted the owner of wild wash straight away Jane replied me back and I was told that the delivery company sent the item to the wrong address and rescheduled by Jane to my house She did offer me the refund but since it was not her fault and she explained that it s her family business I wanted to support and told her that as long as I will get the item then it s okay I went on the delivery company s website to change the address to Tesco Express incase the delivery guy would make a mistake again I don t know how did that happen but there s a wrong address on the package and that was why the item was sent to the wrong address even though I added the right address via wild wash account from the beginning But Jane was very communicative and I did receive the item in the end A bit of mystery But good on Jane and her family for doing the family business
