Wonderfully simple

I was pleased to see that both my wife and I could complete our wills and our advance medical directives without having to buy add on products The question and answer format was easy to follow and completion of all documents was concluded quickly

Their approach made writing a trust very much easier than I ever thought possible One still have a lot of thinking to do but their series of questions and helpful prompts made it all very achievable

Creating a will can feel overwhelming but the Quicken Willmaker makes it super easy One of the features I particularly liked was that after I created my will I could transfer the information to be modified as needed for my husband to create his will at no extra charge I also like the very informative cover letter that is included for the executor who might just be a family member who has no knowledge of haw to be one

My original will was created on an older version of Willmaker so this purchase was to bring it up to date on any current legal changes A very easy and intuitive approach to creating a complete Will Recommend it highly

It worked finally finish the job

It worked I completed the trust and did the quit claim deed to transfer property into the thrust No problems One suggestion of improvement would be to include a quit claim deed program portion prompting info to fill the quit claim deed This would be extremely helpful since putting property is the biggest ticket item that needs to go into the trust I love having all the additional sections durable power of attorney pour over will advance directives etc I could not have done the trust myself without this program I tried to do it just with the Nolo book read it it s very good but I never could get beyond reading it never got to where I completed the job and made the trust The book helps to understand in detail all aspects of a trust so it s good read Get the software follow its questions it s like tax preparation software and get the trust DONE

An excellent program

This Particular will making program is the best I have seen I sampled several online programs and they were all lacking some aspect of the will This program is the complete package Includes will or trust advanced directives funeral arrangements letters to the executor letters to family It even has a duplicate will for your spouse It has everything you need to make it as easy on you family as possible The price is less than some programs and has so much more I have been dreading making my will but this is making it so easy This is a real service to people like me who didn t know where to start I would highly recommend Thank you Nolo
