UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
This company charged me a 35 shipping fee AFTER I submitted my order I did NOT select priority shipping as it was not needed Purchases over 75 would receive free shipping My total fee was 35 less until the final payment went to my credit card I immediately emailed Wilsons Leather no response I called 3 times to request the credit and after speaking to the 2nd customer service rep I was promised a credit after they reviewed my emails Well Wilsons Leather I called a 3rd time and you denied the credit after you guaranteed me a refund after I received the package And on top of that the package was not received in 1 business day It was received on the 3rd business day AND Wilsons you are questioning me how could a cart charge change and the customer not realize it apparently there is a glitch in your computer system It does happen

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever I have ordered a jacket no delivery updates no response to the 3 emails sent this far I don t think I will receive this item before Christmas

If only I ready reviews before buying
Bought a jacket that I didn t know was back ordered but when I called customer service she said since I made my order on 12 7 21 I would absolutely have it by Christmas Day Their website said I would have it by Christmas Day as well Welp it came two days after Christmas I could see that it was ready for shipping label and to be sent out of warehouse as early as 12 19 21 but it wasn t until 12 23 they finially sent it Also returned a seperate jacket used their shipping label and filled out form w reason of return too small They recieved it on 12 20 21 and as of today 1 10 22 I still have yet to receive my refund I ve called customer service weekly to get an update on my refund they said to take into consideration we just got over the holidays but I should expect it soon I ve sent emails none have been answered This company is nauseating never again

When Processing never Processes
I m not sure about the quality of their products because mine never arrived The order displayed as processing for 3 weeks So after the wait and the radio silence on their part I finally reached out to them Customer service explained to me that there had been a technology glitch and the item I ordered and paid for had not actually been available It was now on backorder When I asked for a general time frame of when I could expect it they were unable to provide one and stated that the jacket may never arrive Still hoping to gain some type of mutual benefit from the transaction I asked if there was an alternative of equivalent value My wife and I had purchased this jacket as a Christmas gift for my son and had foolishly perhaps told him to expect it The only option I was given was to cancel the order So not knowing if I would ever receive the item I paid for and not being able to order an alternative I was left with no other choice but to cancel my order Actually I guess I could have let them continue to hold onto the money I paid for an item they didn t seem sure if they would ever be able to send me The lack of communication from them seemed to indicate that they would prefer the second alternative I asked them to cancel the order I am waiting on a refund to arrive in the next few days The general attitude throughout the chat with customer service seemed to indicate that this was normal operating procedure To be fair he was quick to issue a refund once I contacted the company to ask about the order that I had paid for that they weren t sure if they would ever be able to send me

The absolute worse online experience
The absolute worse online experience ever I order a briefcase as a graduation gift They took my money and sent me a confirmation email When I called to see when can I expect to receive my order and I was told the order is not one of theirs and the order did not go through I ordered it again the same thing Customer Service is rude and doesn t know anything

Online Purchasers Beware
I purchased a jacket on December 8 2021 and cancelled the order within an hour of the purchase then also contacted Customer Service to confirm cancellation Two days later I received a response that the order could not be cancelled but took a couple of weeks to deliver I sent the jacket back and received notification that it had been delivered on January 10 2022 As of February 4 2022 I have still not received my refund It appears dealing with this company is futile I will let my credit card company handle the matter

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE
Did a return on a jacket they received jacket Dec 8th and I ve yet to get a refund Customer service is a joke they don t return emails and if you call all they say is they will escalate it and nothing happens I m on the verge of getting the BBB involved with this company I would def avoid this company for any online purchase they are def one of the worst out there

If possible I would give zero stars
If possible I would give zero stars as that is what we recieved for our money We placed and order and ended up having to call the customer service number 5 times as well as send numerous emails We were constantly assured they would get back to us and we never recieved a call back They placed the blame on Fed ex taking our money and not forwarding the order even though I supplied them copies of the order confirmation They promised to take care of it and refund our money Give them 24 hrs Nothing Have to call my credit card to recover the money Worst customer service ever

Never received my order
Ordered a coat Received an order confirmation After a couple weeks I received an email to review the purchase that I still had not received When I called customer service I was told the order was cancelled because the coat was no longer is stock and was discontinued Would ve been nice to have been informed instead of waiting for that delivery

Day 4 of my overnight shipping hasn t arrived yet And my account not only has the money taken out of my account but Wilson also has a hold on money out of my account for double horrific customer service and nobody can even tell me if my package has even shipped yet
