Immoral company

Deplorable company - they caused thousands of pounds in damage to my home through poor workmanship negligence When I called to report it I was verbally abused by the owner Ronnie Orr numerous times Jobs were booked in - only for the fitters to not bother turning up resulting in lost wages when times are hard enough at the moment When I raised these issues I was again verbally abused the customer service I received was disgusting - it s funny how they treat you completely differently once they ve had thousands of pounds from you Obviously if they d have acted that way beforehand money would have never have exchanged hands I was forced to pay someone else to put right the work that they refused to rectify despite taking thousands from me Ronnie Orr is a bully who likes to throw his weight about and threaten people Also they blame the fitters if anything goes wrong Yet they re the ones your contract is with so maybe they need to take some legal advice before embarrassing themselves further I will never use this company again
