Top quality training with a knowledgeable fun Trainer

Our school had the one day First Aid at Work training with Caroline from Winterbury and it was excellent Caroline was very knowledgeable and had a range of anecdotal experience to provide context for any questions Caroline kept the pace fast and the content relevant to our setting so for those of us who were doing First Aid training for the 2nd 3rd or nth time there was still enough to keep us awake and interested

I thoroughly enjoyed the training so many extra and useful information we get Each session was interesting trainer was very knowledgeable and expert in practical sessions We had all those necessary equipments and materials available as per requirement I would definitely book with them for any course that is required and available

I have employed Carolyn from Winterbury Training in several different businesses over the last 4 years and have had only amazing reviews from all staff that have attended Not only is she a great teacher with a brilliant delivery she is the best value around There is no need to look any further when it comes to First Aid Training

Informative interesting and fun course excellent value for money

The course was informative interesting and also fun It was excellent value for money The trainer was very knowledgeable but also very approachable making me feel comfortable about asking any questions or saying I didn t understand something At the end I felt confident that I would be able to administer emergency first aid if needed The reason for only giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that whilst I found the anecdotes and examples given by other delegates extremely helpful in most instances there were lots and lots of them resulting in the course overrunning by around 45 minutes Perhaps the trainer could have stepped in occasionally to move us on a bit quicker That said it was a close run thing between 4 and 5 stars

Mental Health at work training day

Apart from the material presented during the training day the experience was enhanced considerably by the trainer s sense of humour and willingness to talk about her own issues which encouraged people to talk about theirs She also provided an extensive list of downloadable resources which will prove really useful
