Long review time for photos

Long review time for photos one month average from the beginning

Too long to review photos

I read that someone had a similar problem fast reviewing with the first upload of photos then more than 3 weeks for the next batch and still not reviewed unless of course I upgrade No good practice

Were OK but charges wont work for me

They were a reasonable agency to be with Their web interface is limited but I got used to its quirks But recently they introduced a charge to sell stock on their site Perhaps this works if you have 30 000 images and are making a healthy profit but I was building my portfolio and simply do not earn enough to justify the expense of paying for their site I suspect I am not alone and that Wirestock may have shot themselves in the foot with this move Needless to say no more stock will be going their way

Fell short on delivering good service

I don t know what this company is smoking but the service is slow and none responsive I paid for their subscription which they say includes 24 7 support to see if that would make a difference but nothing no response to my two emails that I sent them I guess lost my money on that one I closed the account don t waste your time and money with Wirestock

Review content too slow

The unique selling point of them is easy to submit the design but in reality it takes too much time for content review both manual and easy submission 1-2 weeks even if you are a premium member You don t know where and when your content is uploaded

Used to be good but not anymore

I m a Wirestock user almost from the beginning I usted to recommend it but I can t anymore I have about 4000 images and have made some money but if I started today I would just go the good ol way choose a couple agencies and upload on my own Keywording isn t anything to write home about I didn t ever complain because it was a free service but I wouldn t pay for it I ve also lost confidence in the platform due to the changes in policies I can t be sure how things will be in the future Having any kind of stats or control of what sells where in any useful way Is imposible the changes in the interfase have made it more visually appealing but you don t get almost any information other than your last sales You can t sort your images by best selling agency or upload date for example To me it was a great idea that s been spiralling downwards for quite a while and I don t foresee a promising future Me I stopped uploading any more images and resumed submitting to Alamy and Adobe on my own The sensation I get is that numbers aren t working for them and so they decided to start charging to users which I don t think is neither clever nor fair

I have got a good experience about

I have got a good experience about sales but lately I could not upload enough files as I would want because the upload system in website It has been so delayed the review of files Also the sale data is not enough clare as I want to be sure which files are profitable and which are not

WireStock is a Great Idea In Theory

I enjoyed the idea of wire stock My biggest issue is how much trouble it is and a hassle to upload content from my computer New uploading system that you implemented has made that really tough I ve noticed a huge drop off in my uploads because something that took about 10 minutes to do Now takes over half an hour Second issue Occasionally your system flags my photography as being noisy This simply is not the case I m not sure if your company is relying too heavily on AI however when you blend images and create composites That is the bulk of the content I upload to you I m not sure if this is what your system is picking out

It s hard to understand why some images

Am I on a black list

I m a contributor for more than 2 years with a high approval rate ca 95 and my portfolio is about 1k pics During the last year the review process became hopelessly slow Usually I wait 3 months then I reach out to their customer support and ask them to review my pics Then they do it It happened at least 3 times in a row The platform itself is good and I do see innovation Black list - I didn t mean literally however contacting the support didn t solve the problem Or just temporarily and then I had to contact the support again again and again and I waited 3 months before I did so I m not impatient right -
