Gotta Love Wool and the Gang

I discovered Wool and the Gang several years ago when I was inspired to make their Wonderwool sweater Not only was the pattern exceptional and unique but so was all of the help I found on their website and You Tube channel Everything abut the company impressed me especially their manifesto My daughter recently asked me if I would make her one of those sweaters as she loves mine and I am just finishing it up now That got me looking for a pattern for my next sweater I decided on the Sonic sweater pattern but could not find it on their website So I reached out to their customer service and they corrected a minor problem for me and sent me the pattern Their response was detailed and their quick response and resolution to my issue is much appreciated Maya was my assistant and I could not have asked for anything more I recommend Wool and the Gang highly for all of your yarn and patterns needs

Beautiful yarn and excellent customer service

The cotton yarn from Wool and the Gang is gorgeous I have both the regular weight and chunky yarn and both are soft and come in beautiful colors What will make me loyal to Wool and Gang forever though is the customer service I had an issue with one of my orders and I received quick and helpful support from the company

I love the kits - they are great because they supply everything you need to make the product and also technical videos to get you going I had a bad experience with another company that didn t provide all the necessary information needed to make the product and I was very unsatisfied with their service

Really pleased with the customer service I received when Evri lost my parcel WATG promptly sent a replacement kit at no extra charge or inconvenience for me

Feeling Good

Have now bought quite a few yarns from Wool and the Gang but my favourite is definitely the Feeling Good wool It s a pleasure to knit and so comfy to wear knitted 3 jumpers in it so far Easy to order and always arrives very quickly

I made an order but didn t receive my confirmation email because I mistyped my email address I emailed customer service and Maya was really quick to respond and sent the tracking information the same day was really glad they sorted it quickly and I can t wait to start my next project

Very happy with my kit

Very happy with my kit The wool was amazing soft even kept me warm while I was knitting I choose a pattern a little difficult for my skills but I loved the challenge and when I needed help the team was a mail away ready for me Great experience will repeat as soon as I find something I d like to knit again
